The space INTERNAL: 2 levels: on the ground floor there is: - 1 large living room with wood-burning fireplace, - 1 dining room with fully equipped kitchen and a porch. The large staircase leads to the second floor, where it is located: - 1 stay ideal for smart working - 3 double rooms ideal for those looking for privacy and want to live in the rustic heart of Tuscany, of which: - 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom - 1 bedroom with outdoor bathroom. Inside the avenue there can be up to 3 cars in a row, the gate is automatic sliding with remote control that you will find in the safebox at the entrance. Outside there is still the possibility of parking 2 cars in front of the gate.
