Provencal house in the heart of a pine forest and very close to the historic town center The space The house is located in a very quiet location, in the heart of the pine trees, all being less than a 10-minute walk from the historic city center. The villa, at the top of a family condominium, is located on a 2500 m2 pine forest plot facing southeast and overlooks the small valley of the Torse with an unobstructed view of the Aix countryside (from the bottom of the garden we find our Sainte Victoire mountain so dear to Paul Cézanne). A pool will allow you to cool off throughout your stay (4 m x 2.5 m; depth 1.20 m max with 1 m beach). In 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the beautiful market of Aix en Provence on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays mornings; the historic center of the old town, its buildings, shops, museums, theaters and Cours Mirabeau make our city a privileged place to stroll, cultivate and spend a beautiful vacation. The house, of the Provençal type, is built with traditional materials. It stays cool in summer and is equipped with air conditioning upstairs. It has large volumes (approx. 160 m2), a large living/dining room of 66 m2, an open kitchen of 12 m², 3 air-conditioned bedrooms including 1 master suite, an additional bathroom with toilet and bathtub as well as all the comforts in audio-visual, internet and appliances. The house offers an outdoor terrace shaded by a pergola lined with vines but also a plancha and barbecue area. The garden, installed under the pines, will allow you to relax or to propose a game of petanque. Booking, check-in and check-out arrangements will be provided by a concierge company.
