The 4-room basement (!) flat is located in an art nouveau villa in the centre of Hamburg-Blankenese. Less than 3 minutes walk to the S-Bahn and bus station Blankenese. From there it is about 40 minutes to Hamburg city centre, harbour and musicals. 40 minutes to Arena and Stadion. 20 minutes' walk through the famous Blankenese staircase district to elbe River and beach . Various parks are in the immediate vicinity. Various shops, restaurants and bars are virtually on the doorstep. The space There is a large "master bedroom" with 2 single beds (can be pushed together if necessary), a 2-bed room with Dartgame and a game console (PS4) for the youngsters, a small bedroom with 1 double bed (1.40m) and a desk. There is also a room for cooking, sitting and eating. ATTENTION: This room has no windows and therefore only little daylight! All other rooms have windows that are secured from the outside by a grille. On warm days you can use the garden with barbecue, pavilion and loungers.
