Due to the immediate highway connection (A9 approx. 5 km), but also due to its location on the Danube Cycle Path, it is the ideal accommodation for families or groups who want to spend relaxing days by the pool or in the sauna. The proximity to the "Ingolstadt Village," the Altmühl Valley, the Danube Gorge, but also to Munich Airport, qualifies this apartment as a suitable base for your vacation. Even if you are traveling for business, you can complete all tasks smoothly thanks to Wi-Fi and a workplace. We ask for a respectful and careful handling of any objects. We provide you with high-quality bed linen and towels for your stay. Sustainable cleaning products are used to clean the apartment. Please help us and pay attention to an appropriate water and electricity consumption for the sake of our environment. As mentioned earlier, events such as parties, bachelor parties, etc. are not permitted. It is also a non-smoking apartment (smoking is allowed outdoors). Cleaning: We do not charge a cleaning fee, so we are always happy when our things are handled properly. The service fee, which is due at the time of booking, only applies to the booking portal and is not a cleaning fee from us. Intermediate cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost. Other things to note # Check-in is from 3 PM, check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is possible on request. Guests who stay beyond the specified check-out time or keep our house staff are liable for all associated costs and expenses. # No visitors are allowed without registration. Additional people without prior arrangement will be understood as guests and charged accordingly. An additional lump sum of €25 per night per person will be charged. # In the event of a key loss, guests are liable and must replace it. # Guests take full responsibility for any damage, injury, or loss that occurs on the premises and in the facilities. Guests must report any property damage to the landlord. # By booking, the guest agrees to abide by the house rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for all associated damages, fees, costs or expenses.
