Great Views, Private Oasis Yard, Pool & Jacuzzi.

Relax in a Private Backyard Oasis after a day of exploring Sedona. Yard with Jacuzzi, Pool, Hammocks, BBQ grill, Fire Pit, Gazebo & Breathtaking Views. Guest Suite is the lower level of our home. It has a private entrance & no shared space. Indoors you will have Ping pong table, pool table, & games for indoor fun. Full Refrigerator & kitchenette but no stove. Near trails, groceries & Restaurants. Not a party house. No children or pets. Quiet space. Pool perfect in summer, not heated for winter. The space The Bungalow is just over 1000 square feet and has one bedroom with a King sized bed. In the living space there is and additional queen sized bed. Plenty of pillows and blankets. The backyard has a private jacuzzi and pool along with patio furniture, a gas fire pit, hammocks and a BBQ grill. Pool is not heated and will be too cold to swim in during the winter. You can enjoy a meal outdoors with a great view of Coffee Pot Rock and Thunder Mountain. The lower level also has its own heating and cooling unit. The kitchenette does not have a stove, but it does have: Microwave, toaster, coffee pot, electric skillet, and a hot plate. Full sized refrigerator. Spices and coffee provided. This is not the kitchen for you if you want to cook all your meals. This is only for the basic meals and warming up leftovers. Living area with a full sized pool table and ping pong table. Shampoo, cream rinse, soap, hair dryer provided. The Bungalow is for people looking for a quiet getaway. No music or loud activities especially outside after 10pm. We are looking for guests that will be reasonably quiet after 10pm. We do not host children. We do not allow people not on reservation on property. No exceptions. Please consider purchasing cancellation insurance to cover your expenses in the event you have to cancel your trip. My cancellation policy is strict. Guest access Follow path to the right of the house to side gate. Yard is surrounded by a 6 foot fence. Go down path steps to gate and into the yard. Door is to the left and has a keyless lock. We will send you the code with last minute check in instructions. There is a double door handle. Pull the top knob and lower knob down at the same time. The lower level is completely independent to the rest of the house. Unless you need something, we will stay out of your way. Other things to note We will be home. You will hear us upstairs (much like a hotel) walking around, running water, etc. We will be very respectful (unlike a hotel) and keep our noise to a minimum. This is not a party house. No drugs or smoking on property, including in the yard. No one on property other than stated guests. Must keep gate closed at all times due to pool safety. No music outside. No loud music inside. No Children or pets.
