The pool area offers ample space for guests to swim, sunbathe, and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. This is a Basement apartment, which includes an equipped kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. Couch & sofa bed are in the living room. Sleeps 7. The space Please do NOT leave any garbage/trash/ left over food in the backyard/ on the deck/ or pool area. we are backed onto a ravine and trail area and we do not want to invite animals over to our backyard for your safety and ours. There are garbage bags, trash cans and bins available for your use. Upon checkin out either take your trash bags to the curb or take them with you but do not leave them on the deck/yard or pool area. There should be no smoking inside or around the pool. There are ash trays on the deck and around the fire pit. Guest access You can use the backyard, the deck, and the basement.
