In the front row by the lake

This apartment is located within the Tre Capitelli Tourist Village in a park facing Lake Idro. The 70-square-meter apartment is part of a semi-detached house with a terrace overlooking the lake on the ground floor, a living room with 2 comfortable single beds/sofa, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and on the first floor a bedroom with three single beds, a double bedroom with a balcony, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is a few meters from the lake. Other things to note The place has no sheets, towels, and toilet paper. The sheets can be rented at a cost of €15 per person by booking them before your arrival or you can bring your own from home. Bath and kitchen linen must be brought from home. Upon arrival we provide a roll of toilet paper. If you bring the sheets from home, we remind you that the room with the double bed has a double duvet (not two single duvets). Mattress size: single 190 x 80, double 190 x 160. Duvet size: single 200 x 150, double 200 x 250. The expense not included in the price is the accommodation tax for those over 13 years of age.
