The space Description A comfortable home with upscale amenities, 800 meters from the beach and a special vacation feeling, which can become a vacation experience at ground level with around 97 m². Whether you are an active vacationer or a peace seeker, you will find your relaxation here. Active vacationers will love the many beautiful bike paths and get to know interesting bike tours along the coast, whether with their own bike or rented. Those seeking peace and quiet can relax very nicely on the kilometer-long natural beach or hike, rent a beach chair or just relax in our small garden, which belongs to the house. The beach and entry into the water is shallow and therefore ideal for families with children. Through the spacious hallway with floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the first terrace, you reach your XXL living, dining and kitchen area. The living area is flooded with light, and the floor-to-ceiling window leads to your second, larger terrace. This invites you to sunbathe in the afternoon, barbecue with the family in the evening or have cozy hours for two. With a glass of wine or a coffee in the morning, not only non-smokers but also smokers can enjoy their cigarette on the terraces, the outdoor area. A selection of board games, books, children's books and card games are available for a change. In addition to the living room, the bungalow has two other beautiful bedrooms with electric blackout blinds and insect screens, one of them with a flat-screen TV and safe. The bathroom is modernly designed, has a shower as well as a sink and a large mirror as well as a towel warmer, personal scale, a cosmetic mirror and hair dryer. Hair shower gel combination, skin lotion, hygiene bags and facial tissues are little extras for your well-being. The kitchen is high quality and fully equipped with filter coffee machine and Nespresso capsule machine. For our little guests, extensive equipment with a toilet set of 3, high chair, dishes, children's travel cot, mattress, pillow and duvet is available. Small and medium-sized dogs (max. 60 cm back height) as well as assistance animals are always welcome with us. In our utility room you will find other amenities, a parasol with solar light, beach accessories with handcart and combination lock, cooler bag and batteries as well as beach umbrella. 5th person on air bed as extra bed possible. Other highlights include bicycle racks and a clothes dryer outside. Note: Please note! Towels and linens are not included in the price. Additional costs per person and laundry package 25 euros. Final cleaning surcharge of 20 euros for pets. The tourist tax is not included in the price and is paid on site.
