A Franconian cottage, whole semi-detached house

Very quietly located house at the end of a small cul-de-sac surrounded by green nature and no neighborhood. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The space The space is a semi-detached house, the other side of which I live in myself. Both halves of the house have a separate entrance. Upstairs is the bedroom with a double bed and a guest bed. In front of the bedroom is a balcony with views of the large garden. On the first floor are the bathroom, kitchen and living room. In the living room there is a sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm), possibly suitable for 2 people. The kitchen is completely new and fully equipped. The bathroom has an XL shower tray (100 cm x 100 cm) and a rain shower. Guest access The house has a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen, bedroom with balcony. In the garden, there is a parking space for a car right next to the front door.
