Clean and neat house. The room has a nice terrace to enjoy the weather. Furnished. Internet. Fully shared equiped kitchen, living room. 15 minutes from down town and the beach. The space The house is my mothers. She keeps it well maintained, clean and neat. Its in a local neiborghood where locals live. Convinience stores are close, laundry, internet cafe. A good little restaurant around the corner called Tabaco Café, good food. Bus stop and taxis two blocks from the house. A taxi charges 40 to 50 pesos to go downtown or the beach. Bus (van-colectivo) 5 pesos. 10 minutes away. This room in particular has a nice terrace to enjoy this weather. Guest access Theres a kitchen. All three rooms of the house share the cofé machine, plates, forks and washes everything after using. No smoking in the house please. The living room is kind of nice. During your stay I welcome them. We talk and then varies. Sometimes we can pick them up at the bus station.
