Other things to note On the western coast of the Peloponnese, about 4 km south of the harbour town of Kyllini and about 3 km northwest of the charming village of Kastro, lies the picturesque area of Psili Rachi, which stretches all the way to the sea. Here, directly above the beach, in a lovely, green setting, you will find the holiday home Ithaka with a wonderful view as far as Zakynthos and Ithaca as well as a communal pool. The two-storey house has four flats: three on the ground floor and one in the basement (pool level). The basement flat is used by the landlord's family as a holiday home. The two corner flats on the ground floor, each with two bedrooms, are rented out. The middle, smaller studio between the two flats can be booked as a third bedroom to flat 1. The large garden offers a shared pool of approx. 45 sqm pool (12 x 4m, 1.70m deep, not heatable, in operation from 01 May to 31 October), sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower and a BBQ area. A staircase leads directly from the property to the beach. The simply furnished corner flat Ithaka 3 has a covered balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the garden with pool. The two bedrooms and the bathroom are accessed from the kitchen/living room. From the pool, the flat is on the right-hand corner. After a few hundred metres, there is a beach canteen on the beach that caters for the physical well-being of its guests (open from 01 June to 30 September). A perfect location for those seeking peace and quiet, in a beautiful landscape and directly on the beach, promising guests carefree holidays by the sea.
