The attic apartment with its 30 sqm is the perfect size to spend a few nice days for two or alone. The apartment is absolutely quiet and rural, on the outskirts in a cul-de-sac. In the bedroom there is a bed with the size 160 cm x 200 cm. A highlight is the shower, which is directly integrated into the bedroom. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Emden, Aurich, Norddeich, Greetsiel... Everything is between approx. 10-20 minutes away by car. The space The apartment is located in a rural area, on the outskirts in a cul-de-sac. Wonderfully quiet to end the evenings in peace. Nevertheless, it is central, since the hotspots of East Frisia can be reached by car in approx. 10-20 minutes by car. The perfect starting point to explore East Frisia, ideally by car or bike. Shopping opportunities as well as the Marienhafe train station are 1.8 km away. From here there are hourly connections to the north Norddeich, or of course also to Emden, Leer etc. There is a bicycle rental shop within a 5-minute walk of the train station. Directly in front of the apartment is a lockable spacious shed in which bicycles can be locked. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance. Downstairs in the entrance area, the stairs lead directly to the apartment. Check-in takes place independently via a key safe. 24-48 hours before arrival, Airbnb will automatically send a message with the required PIN. The PIN is both for the key safe on the door and for the combination lock of the shed. Both codes are identical. Other things to note The price already includes the bed linen, 1 large and 1 small towel per person as well as floor mats and dish towels. Dish towels and scouring pads are also provided. If you need more towels, etc. during your stay, they will of course be provided.
