On the main living level is the master bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, air conditioning and access to a beautiful balcony and its fantastic views. There is a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, the large living room with smart TV and fireplace as well as the Naja (conservatory). The conservatory also leads onto the balcony. All windows and balcony doors have mosquito nets. An external staircase leads down, via the next beautiful balcony to the second bedroom (150 x 200 cm bed) with ceiling fan and adjoining shower room. Also here there are mosquito nets in the windows. No matter which window you look out of, you can see the sea everywhere, simply fantastic. For heating and hot water there is a solar system with a storage tank. The pool has a size of 3 x 6 m and has no railing, so the house is unfortunately not suitable for small children. At the pool area there is a nice cozy sitting area with an awning, an outdoor shower and a gas grill (BBQ).
