There is so much to do in the area, visit the World Hertiage mining remains, Neolithical burial tombs, the engine houses such as Geevor and Botallack or explore the beautiful countryside. Rugged coastal paths, stunning scenery are reminders of by gone years when smugglers would bring their stolen wares to hide in hidden caves. As you would expect, there are plenty of beaches to choose from with the nearest being under a mile away; choose from secluded coves to more popular beaches ideal for windsurfing. The famous open air Minack Theatre and Prothcurno beach are just over 8 miles away, whilst you’re exploring the coastal paths, you may see a Minke whale, dolphin, or seals! As well as an abundance of wildlife and fauna. Lands’ End and the spectacular Sennen beach are just over 6 miles away well worth a visit.
