Our accommodation offers everything that families, city travelers or guests with special needs could wish for on 120 m² of ground-floor living space: ✔️ 3 bedrooms, modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, Guests-Toilets and an additional washing-area with shower. ✔️ Conservatory & cozy living area with access to the garden ✔️ Private garden (approx. 60 m²) - ideal for relaxing, playing or barbecuing ✔️ Barrier-free & largely handicapped accessible: no steps, wide doors, spacious rooms ✔️ Space for up to 9 people - perfect for families or small groups ✔️ Quiet location, yet well connected to Cologne: city center can be reached in approx. 20-25 min. ✔️ Dog-friendly Whether for a city trip to Cologne, to the trade fair, to relax in the countryside or for a longer stay - with us you will find peace, comfort and plenty of space. Guest access You can enjoy the whole house with garden and conservatory all to yourself - ideal for relaxing days in a private atmosphere. Only the utility room is not accessible, as it is intended for our internal processes. Other things to note 🕒 Arrival and departure Arrival is possible from 17:00. We are happy to offer early check-in from 15:00 for an extra charge of € 50 - please let us know in good time. Please depart by 10:00 am at the latest. If you would like to stay a little longer, you can extend your stay until 12:00 noon for a fee of €50 - subject to availability. 🔑 Key handover: Access to the house is via a key safe right next to the entrance door. On the day of your arrival, we will send you detailed check-in instructions via Airbnb, including the PIN code for the safe. 🅿️ Parking and arrival: Loading and unloading is conveniently possible directly on the property. Free parking is available on the public street directly in front of the house - usually available without any problems.
