Vacation home Pfajfar

The cozy "Ferienhäuschen Pfajfar" is centrally located and yet in a pleasant quiet location on the edge of the Norian region in the idyllic village of Guttaring directly on the R7 C bike path (bicycles are freely available directly at the house). An 800 m² garden with fruit trees surrounds our cottage and is ideal for relaxing, barbecuing and for pets. For food deliveries directly to the house, the local retailers are available. The Kärnten Card is available for FREE! The space The "Hexenhäuschen Pfajfar" offers everything you need to feel comfortable. A fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker and oven. A cozy bedroom with a Zirbenherz@ bed for a wonderfully restful sleep for 2 people. The living room is equipped with a desk, a pull-out couch (for 2 people) and a TV with satellite connection. Additional beds for a larger number of people will be provided. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The outbuilding can be used either for bicycles, skis or pets. A terrace to relax and a Weber grill are available. Two bikes can also be used at no extra charge. Guest access The entire area is fenced and may be used by the tenants except for the attic. Other things to note Winter: The Klippitzthörl ski resort is 18 km (21 minutes by car) and the Eberstein ski resort with toboggan run and toboggan lift is 25 km (30 minutes by car) away. Both ski resorts are also excellent for snowshoeing. Summer: Around Guttaring there is a diverse and beautiful hiking area (hiking maps on site) - for challenging hikes as well as leisurely walks. Only 5 minutes by car and accessible by the R7 C bike path is the Althofen outdoor pool (perfect for children) and 15 minutes by car (also easily accessible by bike) is the Längsee lake, ideal for children as well as for quiet hours or a naturist natural pool. Various toys, sandboxes and swings are available for children. You can also visit our farm and with children we can offer small riding units (guided) on a donkey or horse and get to know our animals on weekends or during the holidays. biohof-hansale
