Lipa farmhouse

Lipa house is a classic Czech farmhouse. It’s charming but very old fashioned. It’s situated absolutely beautiful and it has magnificent views. It’s perfect for people who love the outdoors, bring their dogs, take long walks spot wildlife and when coming back home love lighting a fire at the fireplace outside or in the super big wood stove -you need some patience, it takes a while until it gets warm. The space From entry to the hall. From hall through the living room to the bedroom downstairs. This bedroom (two beds) can become nice and warm because of the big wood stove in the living room!). From hall through the kitchen to the small bathroom (small wood stove in kitchen). Upstairs two bedrooms, one big with three beds, one smaller with two beds. Guest access Depending on the time of year and the number of guests you might not need a certain room, in that case I might leave some personal belongings there. Other things to note It’s very important to realise that this house is cold when it’s cold outside. We’ll leave enough wood for the mornings and the evenings (all depending on how long you stay), but if you’re planning on sitting in front of the fireplace most of the days we have to agree on you buying or cutting (I’ll point you out which one’s ;-) extra yourself or I’ll get some extra but we would have to charge a little more. This house really fits the best to people who’re outdoors or to work most of the day ;-) Also the house is old. We slowly renovate. For example; the shower door doesn’t completely close, the garden could be a bit upside down because of equalising it, the beds are antique and the mattresses are oldfashioned (only one is soft-downstairs ;-) and of course the lack of heating (except for a wood stove in the living room, kitchen connected to this one bedroom downstairs -but don’t forget, it’s only warm after a little while ;-) Etc etc. Dogs welcome but no fence around the garden (for house with fence, rent Nora). Things might be different than on the photos.
