Just relax... Our newly renovated, spacious vacation home awaits you with its own rustic charm and allows a relaxing holiday with all the amenities. The large and covered terrace around the house invites you to spend cozy hours and have good conversations. In the garden, the children have various play options and the pool area offers the opportunity to cool off, swim and sunbathe - everyone gets their money's worth! The space The house offers two bedrooms (downstairs with a 160x200 bed and upstairs with a 120x200 bed), a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area and a sauna. On the gallery upstairs there are more sleeping places (2 single beds 90x200 and a sofa bed 160x200). Bed linen is provided. Due to the layout of the house and the distribution of beds, we rent to a maximum of two adults with up to four children or three adults with up to three children. There is enough seating on the large covered terrace. Sunbeds are available at the pool and children can jump on the trampoline, play table tennis, swing or play various other outdoor games. Towels for use in the house and grounds are provided. Please register pets in advance. The pool is guaranteed from June 15 to September 15. Depending on the weather, the pool can also be used before or after this time. The house is about 25 minutes from Lake Balaton, our favorite beach in Balatonberény can be reached in 30 minutes. The famous thermal bath in Zalakaros is about 15 minutes away and offers a highlight for all ages with its countless pools, thermal pools and slides. Another thermal bath is also located about 15 minutes away in Marcali. Upon request, there are eggs from our own chickens (80 Ft each) and homemade bread (1600 Ft). Upon arrival, we ask for € 200 or 80,000 Ft deposit in cash. Guest access The cottage is accessible via its own driveway and there are 2 parking spaces available. Other things to note Upon arrival, a deposit of €200 or 80,000 FT is due in cash. Return upon departure.
