Modern apartment with unobstructed views of Piz Ela

The completely renovated apartment is located on the first floor of a centuries-old Grisons house in Schmitten Albula. In the modern interior design, attention was paid to the use of regional wood, the natural building materials help to create a pleasant indoor climate. A large window gives an unobstructed view of the mountains opposite, including the Piz Ela. Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin are easily accessible by car and public transport from the picturesque village of Schmitten Albula. The space The spacious living room area has an open kitchen with apero bar and a large dining table. From the sofa you can enjoy either the view or the blazing fire in the fireplace, watch TV on the (retractable) TV or listen to analog music over the record player. Two bedrooms can accommodate a total of six people: a 180-cm double bed in one room, and a 180-cm double bed and a bunk bed in the other. A sun terrace with lounge and a large garden with children's playground are directly in front of the apartment. Guest access From the private parking lot it is only a few meters to the house entrance on the ground floor. Via a large wardrobe, in which you can also store the hiking or ski equipment dry, you can reach the apartment via a staircase. Other things to note In Schmitten Albula there are beautiful things to do at any time of the year: in spring and summer, for example, beautiful walks through fragrant Arven forests, a visit to the large children's playground with an electric railway or swimming in the stream. A mountain bike trail is right in front of the house. The Alvaneu Bad golf course is also nearby. In autumn, beautiful hikes in the mountains and colorful forests or a visit to the village museum are enticing. In winter, you can go cross-country skiing in the village, enjoy the winter hiking trails or go ice skating. The ski resorts of Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin are easily accessible by car and public transport.
