In the front row by the lake

This apartment is located in a Tourist Village (Villaggio Tre Capitelli) in a park in front of Lake Idro. The 45-square-meter apartment is on the first floor of a four-family house and consists of a living room with 1 comfortable single bed/sofa (a real bed that can be used as a sofa), a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with a shower, and a terrace overlooking the lake. The apartment is a few meters from the lake. Other things to note The place has no sheets, towels, and toilet paper. The sheets can be rented at a cost of €15 per person by booking them before your arrival or you can bring your own from home. Bath and kitchen linen must be brought from home. Upon arrival we provide a roll of toilet paper. If you bring the sheets from home, we remind you that the room with the double bed has a double duvet (not two single duvets). Mattress size: single 190 x 80, double 190 x 160. Duvet size: single 200 x 150, double 200 x 250. The expense not included in the price is the accommodation tax for those over 13 years of age.
