In the front row by the lake

This apartment is located in a Tourist Village (Villaggio Tre Capitelli) in a park in front of Lake Idro. The 45-square-meter apartment is on the first floor of a four-family house and consists of a living room with 1 comfortable single bed/sofa (a real bed that can be used as a sofa), a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with a shower, and a terrace overlooking the lake. The apartment is a few meters from the lake. Guest access The Tre Capitelli Village has on-site facilities such as: coin-operated washing machines, tennis courts, table tennis, a volleyball court and a restaurant. From Pentecost until the beginning of September, it also has: a market, a swimming pool, a windsurfing school, and rental of windsurfing equipment, sailboats, SUPs, pedalos and canoes. Other things to note The property does not have sheets, towels or toilet paper. Sheets can be rented at a cost of €15 per person by booking them before your arrival, or you can bring your own from home. You must bring your own bathroom and kitchen linen. We provide a roll of toilet paper on arrival. If you bring sheets from home, please note that the room with the double bed has a double duvet (not two single duvets). Mattress size: single 190 x 80, double 190 x 160. Duvet size: single 200 x 150, double 200 x 250. The cost not included in the price is the tourist tax for those over 13 years of age. In the swimming pool (open from the end of May to mid-September), it is compulsory to wear a swimming cap, which you can bring from home or buy on site. Parking is located at the entrance to the holiday village. From there, you need to go down the steps to reach the accommodation and the lake.
