Our apartments are located on the Coast of the Gods in a quiet, wonderfully wooded environment and offer a breathtaking view due to the elevated location. Lamezia Terme Airport is only 50 km away, and the charming village of Zambrone with gastronomy and shopping is only 2 km away. One of the many beautiful beaches can be reached by car in a few minutes (distance from 4 km) The space With our "Baia Del Sole" we would like to offer you the opportunity to personally experience the magic of Calabria. The unique nature, the crystal clear water, the white beaches and last but not least, of course, the warm people who live here have captured our hearts since the first vacation there. With the acquisition of this small, charming vacation resort (currently 3 apartments for rent), we have fulfilled a lifelong dream and are now very much looking forward to your visit. The Baia del Sole is the right place to completely relax. Due to the hillside location in the middle of nature, you are almost enthroned above the whole hustle and bustle. In order to really relax and escape the stress of everyday life, we particularly recommend the pre- and post-season. In the months of May and June, the climate is mild but still very pleasant, the days are long and everywhere it blooms in a thousand colors. From the end of August, it is quieter, the sea is wonderfully warm and you have the picturesque bays almost to yourself. Until the end of October, the sea still invites you to swim and the weather is very stable during this time. The real winter doesn't start until Christmas and lasts until mid-February. Apartment No. 2 is located on the first floor and has a spacious veranda where you can enjoy the mild summer evenings amidst the beautiful nature. In front of the entrance area of the apartment is also a brick grill, which can be used together with No. 1. The apartment can accommodate four people and a baby. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a dining area. The apartment is fully equipped and newly renovated. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The beds are covered with only one sheet as standard. One pillow in the size 70 × 40 without a cover is available per sleeping place. Bed linen and towels can be booked flexibly, the cost is €15.00 per person per stay. This includes pillows 70 cm x 40 cm with cover, duvet 140 cm x 200 cm with cover, 1 large bath towel, 1 medium towel and 1 small towel. If you are traveling with a toddler and you require a baby cot and/or high chair, please let us know. This service is provided by us free of charge. An umbrella for the beach and a large beach towel are also available for you to use free of charge for your stay. There is free Wi-Fi and Internet TV in all apartments. The communal pool may of course be used. Guest access Guests have private access to your apartment and can otherwise move freely around the property. Of course, guests also have access to the laundry room and swimming pool, and there are parking facilities within the fenced property. Other things to note The apartments of Baia Del Sole are located on the slope above the Coast of the Gods in a quiet, natural location and offer breathtaking views of the Aeolian Islands and the beautiful white beach of Zambrone due to their location. The property is located directly on the barely traveled Aldo Moro road and is therefore easy to reach by car, but still extremely quiet. The sea is only one kilometer away as the crow flies, and by car it is about 4 km. Due to the hillside location, the road is curvy, but easy to drive on. A section of the road is currently being renovated by the municipality and currently has some potholes over a distance of 100 meters. The nearest shops are in Zambrone, 2 km away, or in Zambrone Mare (4 km). Tropea is 13 km away, and many of the picturesque swimming coves can be reached within 5-15 minutes by car. The pool on the property may of course be used during the opening hours from 9 am to 9 pm. Electricity costs are NOT included in the booking price. We charge electricity costs to avoid permanent use of the air conditioning and thus protect our environment. We charge €0.50 per kWh.
