Beautiful old house of 65 m2, comfortably equipped on the ground floor in a typical village in the heart of the Gatinais Natural Park. Outdoor terrace with table and chairs, loungers and small barbecue as well as parking in the courtyard closed to the outside. The owner lives in the adjoining house. A nice hiking path is in direct proximity to the house. Milly-la-Forêt, Forêt des Trois Pignons, Barbizon and Fontainebleau nearby. The space The house consists of a living room, open to a dining room and kitchen. In the living room is a new sofa convertible into a double bed (140 cm wide). The bedroom and shower room are separated from the rest of the apartment by a hallway. The south-facing courtyard terrace is accessible through French windows from the living room, dining room and bedroom. Guest access Access is via the handover of the keys to the courtyard gate (for the car) and the keys to the house in person with the owner when guests arrive. Checkout can be done without an appointment by leaving the keys in an agreed-upon spot.
