The space The house consists of a living room, open to a dining room and kitchen. In the living room is a new sofa convertible into a double bed (140 cm wide). The bedroom and shower room are separated from the rest of the apartment by a hallway. The south-facing courtyard terrace is accessible through French windows from the living room, dining room and bedroom. Guest access Access is via the handover of the keys to the courtyard gate (for the car) and the keys to the house in person with the owner when guests arrive.
