Villa Ariela was built in 1886 and has been lovingly restored by the owners to offer a kind of tranquillity that is hard to find these days. The villa has 2 bedrooms located on the first floor, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds. You will also find a study and library on the first floor, designed as a relaxation area. But of course you can also take the book outside, on the terrace, to enjoy literary masterpieces and the marvellous views. The ground floor consists of a comfortable living area connected to the kitchen and dining area, as well as a bathroom and a pantry. And when you enter the outdoor area, you will be overwhelmed by the huge garden where you can explore a variety of plants and pick fresh vegetables or fruit from the garden. And of course, there is the pool, which will provide you with much-needed refreshment during the hot summer days. Villa Ariela is located near the village of Rim, which is on the route that leads from Rijeka to Trieste. The property is unique because the first neighbours are 500 m away from the villa, so privacy is guaranteed. The villa is located in the immediate vicinity of the Ucka and Cicarija mountain ranges to the east and the medieval towns of Motovun or Gronjan to the west. Nearby is also Hum, "the smallest town in the world", which has two streets and about 20 inhabitants, but is always a pleasure to visit.
