In the heart of Telfs/Tyrol, a cozy corner terraced house awaits its guests. It can accommodate up to 10 people in 4 separate rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor. The common area on the first floor is ideal for cooking, eating, relaxing and playing. Telfs offers an indoor and outdoor pool, a climbing hall, a year-round ice rink, proximity to ski and cross-country ski resorts (Seefeld, Leutasch), shopping and access to the Mieminger Boden, a hiking paradise. Try it out, it's fun! The space Centrally located in Telfs, the charming corner terraced house is perfect for an uncomplicated family vacation. You park directly in the 2 private parking spaces by the house. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The bedrooms located on the 1st and 2nd floor. One room accommodates a large double bed, the other two comfortable, pull-out double beds that are 160 cm wide. In the large bedroom on the 2nd floor, 4 people can still be accommodated in 2 double beds (1x 180 cm wide, 1x day bed with 160 cm width). Work can also be done in all rooms. The bathroom with bathtub and washing machine and a separate toilet are also on the 1st floor. When booking, you can choose whether you only want the 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor or the 2nd floor as well. The price is tiered, depending on the number of rooms you want, not the number of people. On the first floor you will find everything for a cozy time. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and pots / dishes. A highlight is our large, round dining table for up to 10 people. It is right next to a wood-burning stove, where you can also cook on cold days. On cool evenings, there is nothing better than watching the flames while a stew and a children's punch simmer on the stove. In the couch check, you can relax or play a round. We have a large screen with TV reception. Laptops or game consoles that you bring with you can be connected and used. Wi-Fi is of course available. Videos on home furnishings can be found on our YouTube channel @urlaubintelfs. Next door is a farm where you can buy your own products directly. The potatoes and eggs are highly recommended! The chickens or horses sometimes look over the fence. Due to the immediate proximity to the stable, you can sometimes hear the rooster crowing in the morning or smell some country air depending on the weather. In Telfs and the surrounding area you will find everything for a great active vacation in any weather and any season, but in the house there is also something for quieter days. Grab a board game, browse through the books for young and old, play Playmobil or study the hiking guides and maps. From 2 nights there is the Welcome Card free of charge, so you can take public transport and take advantage of many free or discounted offers. Possibilities within walking distance: Telfer swimming pool (indoor and outdoor pool with sauna), pony farm at the Lipp, climbing and bouldering hall, year-round ice rink, Italian ice cream parlor, shopping center "Inntalcenter" and Telfspark, restaurants, small and large hikes in the forest, gorge, alpine huts... A few public transport or car minutes away: Mieming (hiking paradise, Minidampf Tirol, swimming lake), Seefeld (hiking and in winter skiing and cross-country skiing paradise), Leutasch (cross-country skiing, indoor swimming pool) Within 30 minutes by car: Ötztal with AquaDome, Area 47, Erlebnisalmen, ski resorts, Innsbruck, Imst... Guest access The entire place is at your disposal, including parking spaces and garden are available to you alone. The attic will offer even more space for large families in the future, but it is currently still closed. 1-2 days before your arrival, we will arrange with you via the app how you will get into the house. If possible, you will be greeted in person and guided around. Otherwise, there are instructions on how to get the key. Other things to note From a 2-night stay, you will receive a guest card with which you can use the public transport between Mieminger Boden and Innsbruck for free. There are also guided hikes and bike rides, guided tours, etc. A brochure will take you to nice hikes and quaint farm shops. Numerous discounts, e.g. for Telfer Bath, are also offered. From the 3rd night, a mountain and descent by cable car is also included! Dogs are welcome for a fee of €7 per dog per night. The amount is to be paid in cash on site. There are also off-lead areas for dogs nearby. In Telfs, it is mandatory to remove the dog piles without exception, please note. Please also reliably remove clusters in our backyard. No parties. The local tourist tax, currently €3 per night per person (for guests born in 2010 or later), will increase to €4 per night per person from May 2026. This is not included in the price and has to be paid in cash on site.
