Combined living and sleeping room in loft style with double bed, 2 large couches for cozy relaxation, fireplace, satellite TV, free Netflix access, free Wi-Fi and Bose Bluetooth sound box. Daylight bathroom with shower and bathtub, private washing machine and condenser dryer. Fully equipped separate kitchen-living room with dining area, induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine. We offer you a free parking space directly on the property. You can park your bicycles free of charge and safely. The private entrance to the apartment can be reached via an external staircase, then a spiral staircase leads from the entrance area to the kitchen-living room (therefore not barrier-free). From our house you can take a nice walk directly into the forest or vineyards, where you have a beautiful view of the upper Rheingau and the opposite side of the Rhine, for example from the Lourdes Madonna. You can also walk through the vineyards to the famous vineyard house of a Martinsthaler winery, where you can enjoy the view into the distance on weekends with good wine and small snacks. In a few minutes you can drive to Eltville am Rhein, where you can find all the shopping and enjoy the idyllic banks of the Rhine. Other things to note Please note that the city of Eltville charges a tourist tax of 2.00 euros per night per person. We are obliged to charge you this in addition.
