Do you want to ski in the morning and swim on the beach in the afternoon? Our rustic house is located in Vélez De Benaudalla 15 minutes from the beach and 1 hour from Sierra Nevada. The space The house is cozy, there is a TV in the living room with a very comfortable sofa and armchairs and a NEW foosball table.⚽️ The eat-in kitchen is an open concept equipped with a dishwasher and a wet bar. Two bedrooms with double beds with air conditioning and one with two 105 beds. A full bathroom and toilet with washing machine. A work area near the private terrace to be able to work quietly. On the terrace we have a table, chairs, parasol and gas barbecue to enjoy the afternoons. Relax after your arrival🙂 Guest access Easy and free parking near the house. Granada Airport 40 minutes, Malaga 1.10 h. Access to beaches 15 minutes, center of Granada 30 minutes. In the center of Vélez de Benaudalla restaurants, bars and shops. Mountain activities (climbing, canyoning...) Nautical activities in Rules Reservoir. We accept pets🐶 Other things to note We provide water, milk, coffee, sugar and fruits for your arrival.
