The Reitlandhof Franke is located in a charming secluded location in the middle of a spacious and park-like property near Nordseedeich on the Jade Bay south of Butjadingen. The ground-level accessible apartment is located in the middle of the countryside on our Reitlandhof Franke in Stadland and is one of a total of 4 ground-floor apartments - thus also interesting for group inquiries and fitters. From the friendly hallway with a wardrobe, you first enter the living room with a fireplace and the spacious dining room on the right. Directly behind it is the separate fully equipped kitchen with dining area in maritime colors. There is a shower room with toilet on the lower level. An open wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you will find the other shower room with toilet as well as the two bedrooms with two double beds and plenty of space for clothes. On the open sleeping gallery there are 2 more single beds. This sleeping area is not lockable.  Use your own large terrace overlooking the countryside. The apartment has a separate entrance and its own furnished terrace. Plenty of parking is right in front of the building. WiFi is of course available free of charge. The in-house pool hall (unheated) offers our guests swimming fun. The use of the sauna there is included. There is also a covered play barn.
