CONDO ARRANGEMENT – Single level unit Single level condo: 1 flight up from outdoor parking lot Bedroom 1: King Bed, Desk, Ensuite Bathroom 1 (shower with bench), Walk in closet Living Area – Gas fireplace, TV with cable and smartTV functionality, Desk with desk chair Dining Area – Table for 3, 2 barstools at breakfast bar Kitchen – 4 burner electric stove, Fridge with water filter and ice maker Full Bathroom 2 – Shower/tub Combo Patio Access Location: -- Lifts: A few hundred feet from the Gondola. Guests can either ski, snow permitting, or quickly walk from the hot tub entrance to the Gondola. -- Town: 3 miles to downtown Steamboat. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops at the Steamboat Ski area base. -- Hot Tub: Down the hall to the shared outdoor hot tub -- Free Bus: In between two bus stops for the free Steamboat Springs Transit Arrival, Access, and Parking: – Accessing the Property – 1 flight of stairs from the outdoor parking lot to the front door of the complex. Our condo is on that floor. There is an elevator that services all levels of the building, starting on the covered garage level. – Parking – 1 assigned parking spot in the covered garage. Additional overflow parking in the outdoor lot (first come first serve basis). No trailers allowed per HOA rules. – Property is off of a regularly plowed main road. We still recommend snow tires or AWD if visiting Steamboat in the winter.
