Located in Saint Lunaire, the property is surrounded by a very large garden (1900 m2), its location in the center of the village allows you to do everything on foot: beach, tennis, sailing club, shops, hiking trail departures, quiet street, offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The garden is completely enclosed by walls. 2-minute walk to the beach. Saint Malo is 35 minutes away by car (SNCF -TGV train station) The space On the ground floor: Entrance, 2 living rooms ,veranda,dining room, equipped kitchen, toilet with sink 1st floor 2 large bedrooms ( 2 beds of 90 each,overlook the terrace)the railing on the terrace is low , do not leave children there unattended. We release our responsibility in case of accidents. 1 independent toilet,a closet with sink in one of the bedrooms,a large bathroom:,2 sinks ,bathtub ( shower cover) washing machine ,dryer, 2nd floor: Bedroom 1: one double bed (140 cm) Bedroom 2:2 twin beds (90) Bedroom 3: one double bed (140 cm) Bedroom 4: one single bed (90), play area or workspace. Bathroom ( shower ,sink ,toilet.) (In all there are 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms , one veranda , 1 dining room, 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen.) Linens are not provided; you can contact the Loclinge company located in Saint-Briac. The house is designed for a maximum of 10 people, including children and babies. The common areas are on the ground floor, and the bedrooms are on the 1st and 2nd floors. Guest access The house is fully available ,watch out for garden tools in the cellar hallway,(dangerous for children) The house can accommodate 10 people, including children and babies. Other things to note The garden is very large and enclosed by walls, Small Trampoline ( not new but correct condition for a child alone)and slide available ( under supervision ) garden furniture,sunbeds,barbecue. Watch out for the terrace ,do not leave children alone ,the gate is not very high. Cleaning fee: €140 Available from 6 to 10 guests( rate flexible according to the number of people) We can't accept dogs, we're sorry. Only one cat.
