The 115 m² maisonette apartment in the former Gassner brewery dating back to 1876 has been freshly renovated and furnished to a high standard. On your way into the apartment, you will first find the spacious sleeping area, which is furnished with two QUEENSIZE box-spring beds, two clothes rails and a standing mirror. From there you enter the fully equipped kitchen, which has a fridge/freezer, stove, oven and microwave. Of course, there is also plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils so that you can cook for yourself and your loved ones. There is also a small seating area with a dining table and 4 bar stools as well as a coffee and tea station with a modern Nespresso coffee machine and a selection of coffee and tea so that you can start the new day fresh. From the kitchen, you can also access the small but elegant bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, mirror and make-up mirror. In addition to high-quality towels and a hairdryer, we naturally also provide you with shampoo and shower gel. From the kitchen, a staircase leads to the beautiful living and dining area, which invites you to relax on the spacious sofa and offers a unique oasis of well-being thanks to the charming stone wall of the former brewery. The Smart TV and a small selection of books in the TV cabinet provide entertainment for you and all your loved ones after a stressful day. The large dining table offers enough space for up to 8 people, perfect for a dinner together or a games evening. Behind the dining area is the second small sleeping area, which is also equipped with a QUEENSIZE box-spring bed and a clothes rail. Perfect for business travelers: There is also a workstation for mobile working with fast Wi-Fi in the living/dining area. Looking for something for a longer stay? We are also perfectly equipped for this with a washing machine including dryer, an ironing board and iron and a clothes horse. A parking space is available in the inner courtyard.
