Located in the area of Kamini, a beautiful 20 minute walk from the main port of Hydra, on the ground floor, you'll find a separate studio for two with a large ensuite shower room. This floor also includes a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer, plus an inviting outside sitting area with garden and sea views. The first floor features a large open-plan living space with a dining and sitting area, complete with a cozy fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including an oven, hob, larder fridge/freezer, plenty of cookware, crockery, and a coffee-making machine. This floor also boasts two balconies – one facing the sea and sunset, and the other facing inland and the sea for sunrise. There are two double bedrooms, one of which has a sea-facing balcony. Additionally, you'll find a shower room and a bathroom, both stocked with toiletries and a hairdryer. The house is equipped with air-conditioning throughout and flyscreens on all windows, ensuring a comfortable stay. Stay connected with Wi-Fi available throughout the property. Outside, you'll enjoy a west-facing main terrace and a roof terrace, both offering direct access to the rural hillside. There is also an outside shower for your convenience. This delightful house combines modern amenities with breathtaking views, making it an ideal retreat for families and friends. Please note that the lower, Villa Dinos, is rented separately, but if you need space for up to 14 guests, it can be combined with Trina & Nicaela.
