You will live in an approx. 47 m² 2-room apartment + 27 m² for both balconies, which is ideal for 2 people or a 3rd person on the sofa bed. The apartment is on the 1st floor and is easily accessible by elevator. In the apartment you will find a combined living/cooking and dining area. The integrated kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired with a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Senseo pad machine and other practical helpers. In the living area there is also a dining table, a cozy couch (sleeping option for a 3rd person/ 1.20 m x 1.90 m). The living area is rounded off with a smart TV, DAB radio, DVD player and a music system. Wi-Fi access is also available. The east balcony is accessible from the living/dining area, as well as the south balcony from the living area and the bedroom. To protect you from mosquitoes, the balcony doors of the east balcony, as well as the south balcony from the bedroom, are equipped with an insect screen door.
