LOCATION Located in Álora, it is a very quiet location located just 500 meters from the city center, you will enjoy good communications by road and even by train (the Álora train station is just 900 meters away by car) being able to take a train to go to Malaga capital even to the Costa del Sol. Caminito del Rey, Bobadilla, or downtown Malaga. Close to businesses, leisure and restaurant venues, playgrounds or points of interest such as the Arab Castle of Álora. EXTERIORS OF THE ACCOMMODATION It has two areas defined by the apartment's architecture, as well as two terraces where you can be quiet or have lunch as a family (as with the front terrace located at one of the apartment's entrances). In the front part, there is the parking area and a very sunny space with artificial grass and plants around it, which will allow you to have a little peace of mind if you wish or to keep an eye on the little ones of the house if they play in the parking area (when there are no cars inside). On this side of the house, there is access by a staircase to the pool, the main terrace, and a final direct access that takes you to the interior corridor of the accommodation where the living room, kitchen, and a bathroom are located. The pool area, equipped with outdoor furniture, has a pool with built-in stairs, an awning to cover the pool and gain privacy or to protect yourself from the sun, a nice barbecue area and spaces to rest on your vacation, whether having lunch with the family or sunbathing. In a side corridor next to the barbecue area, there is access to the laundry room (access can also be made from the inside through the kitchen) where clothes can be hung. INTERIOR OF THE FIRST FLOOR ACCOMMODATION This floor, where the TV room, living room, kitchen and a bathroom are located, can be accessed through the main staircase, the second access mentioned from the parking area or through the living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to store and preserve your belongings. You will have no problem cooking any food, either in the oven or on the ceramic hob. A refrigerator and dishwasher are appliances that will help you in your day-to-day life, as well as a toaster, blender, or full kitchen utensils. The living area is divided into a living room with TV and sofas to enjoy or rest, and a dining room to have lunch as a family. INTERIOR OF THE SECOND FLOOR ACCOMMODATION This floor is for resting. It has four bedrooms, two of which have two twin beds each, another has two twin beds and a bunk bed, and the fourth bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom (on this floor in the common hallway you will find another bathroom) All bedrooms have natural light thanks to the exterior windows and space to store your luggage in an orderly manner.
