Cozy apartment in Bürstadt

Bright, cozy apartment centrally located in the heart of Bürstadt The space The apartment is 66 m² and is on the top floor of a 2-family house. A staircase leads to the upper floor. There is a small balcony that you can use alone. Smoking is also allowed there. The large courtyard offers the possibility to park bicycles and there is also a seating area. The apartment has a large bedroom with a wardrobe, storage room, TV with satellite reception and a double bed 160 x 200 cm. For maximum hygiene, we use mattress pads. It is possible to set up a baby travel bed in the bedroom (not provided by me). The bright, large living room offers a sofa bed (200 x 140 cm) and an armchair. There's a big TV here. There is free Wi-Fi and endless storage space in the entire apartment. The daylight bathroom is small but nice and we provide towels and a hairdryer. The spacious eat-in kitchen has a large table for up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: oven, ceramic cooktop, toaster and kettle, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, salt and pepper For the little guests there is a selection of games, for big guests we have some books. During the summer months, we provide a fan. Upon arrival, a deposit of 150 euros is to be paid.
