Casa Alegria with large pool

Our renovated Casa Alegria impresses with great colours in Mallorcan style, beautiful bathrooms, a perfect, new kitchen, a relaxed living area with a smart TV and rocking chair, a music system (Wi-Fi/Alexa), an open dining area for four, two trendy bedrooms (one with a smart TV) with four beds, a covered terrace with a dining table, a large pool (up to 1.90 m deep), a sun terrace with loungers and a 4 m parasol, a kettle grill, a roof terrace with a sea view, air conditioning in the living area and the bedrooms, and much more. The space Our Casa Alegria is located near the beautiful Cala Pi, a bizarre bay between high cliffs. It is designed for a holiday with a maximum of 4 people and offers our guests a cosy, relaxed and welcoming home for the most beautiful time of the year. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, 2 coffee machines and a large, free-standing fridge. From there, there is direct access to the covered terrace. The dining and living area with a smart TV and a small music system also adjoin the terrace (the centrepiece). Two double bedrooms (one with a smart TV, the other with a view of the pool) are air-conditioned, as is the living area. Bathroom I, with a large shower, toilet with a bidet, washbasin with base cabinet and mirror cabinet, and a heated towel rail, and bathroom II, with a toilet, heated towel rail, washbasin and mirror cabinet, are stylishly tiled and have a hairdryer. Next to the kitchen, there is an open utility room with a washing machine, dryer, microwave and built-in cupboards. There is also a roof terrace with a wonderful sea view. All in all, a place to arrive, feel good and enjoy yourself. Guest access The entire property of the detached Casa Alegria is at your disposal (with the exception of the cellar). There is a covered carport on the property so that the car can be parked in the shade, which is a really big advantage in the warm season. The large pool (1.35 m to 1.90 m deep) offers plenty of bathing pleasure and time for swimming or aqua jogging. The pool terrace with a large parasol and loungers offers space for sunbathing or relaxing. Toys for our little guests, a cot and a high chair are also available. The roof terrace with a sea view is an inviting place for breakfast or a sundowner. The covered terrace in front of the house is the ideal place to unwind, enjoy yourself and philosophise. This is where people eat, read, chat and relax. The property is fenced, so privacy is also ensured. Other things to note The pool is cleaned and maintained once a week. At the same time, the gardeners take care of the cleanliness of the outdoor area. All fees and costs are already included in the final price.
