Casa Alegria with large pool

Our renovated Casa Alegria features great colors in Mallorcan style, beautiful bathrooms, a perfect, new kitchen, a relaxed living area with Smart TV and rocking chair, music system (Wi-Fi/Alexa), an open dining area for four, 2 trendy bedrooms (one with Smart TV), a large covered terrace with dining table, a large pool (up to 1.90 m deep), a sun terrace with loungers and a 4 m parasol, a kettle grill (barbecue), a roof terrace with sea view, air conditioning in the living area and bedrooms, and much more. The space Our Casa Alegria is located near the beautiful Cala Pi, a bizarre bay between high cliffs. It is designed for a vacation with a maximum of 4 people and offers our guests a cozy, relaxed and welcoming home for the most beautiful time of the year. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic stove top, oven, 2 coffee makers and a large, freestanding fridge. From there there is direct access to the covered terrace. The dining and living area with smart TV and a small music system also adjoin the terrace (the centerpiece). Two double bedrooms (one with a smart TV, the other with a pool view) are air-conditioned, as is the living area. Bathroom I, with a large shower, toilet with bidet, vanity with base cabinet and mirror cabinet, and towel radiator, and bathroom II, with toilet, towel radiator, hand washbasin and mirror cabinet, are stylishly tiled and have a hairdryer. Next to the kitchen there is an open utility room with a washing machine, dryer, microwave and built-in cabinets. There is also a rooftop terrace with a wonderful sea view. All in all, a place to arrive, feel good and enjoy. Guest access The entire property of the detached Casa Alegria is at your disposal (with the exception of the basement). There is a covered carport on the property so that the car can be parked in the shade, which is a really big advantage during the warm season. The large pool (1.35 m to 1.90 m deep) offers ample enjoyment and time for swimming or aqua jogging. The pool terrace with large sun umbrella and loungers offers space for sunbathing or relaxing. Toys for our little guests, a baby bed and high chair are also provided. The roof terrace with a sea view invites you to have breakfast or a sundowner. The covered terrace in front of the house is the ideal place to unwind, enjoy and philosophize. Here, people eat, read, chat, and relax. The property is fenced, so privacy is also ensured. Other things to note The pool is cleaned and maintained once a week. At the same time, the gardeners take care of the cleanliness of the outdoor area. All fees and costs are already included in the final price.
