This apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with every luxury. It has a unique location with beautiful views over the valley, mountains and lakes. Haus Nocky Mountains is very centrally located for excursions, city trips, hiking and cycling. The Milstättersee, a large recreational lake, is a 10-minute drive away. In winter, you can be in the ski resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim within 10 minutes and in the surrounding ski resorts such as Turracher Höhe and Gerlitzen within half an hour. The space Apartment Sonnenblick is located on the southern slope of the Nock Mountains. This gives it a very good sun position. The apartment has its own entrance and hall. In the hall, there are 2 built-in closets with storage and hanging space for clothes and suitcases. The living room has a cozy sitting/dining area, a good sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a luxury kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. From the living room, you have breathtaking views of the Brennsee, the valley and the surrounding mountains. The bathroom has a shower cabin, sink and toilet. In the bedroom, there is a queen-size box spring (1.60 m). The apartment is cozy and modern styled with wood accents. Guest access The apartment includes: the entrance, hall, living room with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. A private terrace with picnic table, garden chairs and sunbeds with parasol. The ski depot/bicycle storage under the adjacent Lodge is for shared use. The entire garden is accessible to all guests. Other things to note The apartment can accommodate 1 to 4 people. It is ideal for couples. Dogs are not allowed in this apartment, and it is a non-smoking apartment. Bed, bath and kitchen linens are included. Dishwasher tablets, hand soap are included. Coffee cups are provided for the first few days. Possibility to order bread, coffee cups, wine and beer.
