Bright apartment with private garden

The first floor apartment is located in a house built in 1935 and offers optimal space for up to 5 adults. The high ceilings, large windows and cozy furnishings give the apartment its feel-good character. In summer, a private garden can be used, which is reached directly via the patio door and we are also happy to provide you with a grill. You can feel at home here. The space The apartment (approx. 85 square meters) has two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a 180 x 210 cm box spring bed, the other bedroom is equipped with a 160 x 200 cm and 100 x 200 cm bed. The small but spacious bathroom has an 80 x 80 cm shower and is completely newly tiled. In the small hallway there is a wardrobe and shoe bench. From the living room with two 2-seater sofas and an armchair, the room leads into the kitchen area and the dining area. From the dining area you can reach the garden via a large patio door. In summer, a table, chairs and grill are available on the lawn. By the way, there is always a place for a baby/toddler. We will gladly provide you with a travel bed and a high chair on request. We live in the house ourselves. Our house is an old building from 1935, so it is always a bit noisy. But if we are too loud, please do not hesitate to reach out. The garden area for you is separate and separated by a grid from our garden. Our Labrador lady Rosi is always happy in the garden in the summer and will certainly look curiously over the fence or you will meet her in the stairwell when we are on our way for a walk.
