Direct lake access at Lake Ossiach&Adventure Card

The flat is located with direct lake access on Lake Ossiach, just 4 km from the Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn car park (Kanzelplatz 2, 9520 Annenheim) and 6.6 km from the centre of Villach (main railway station). On 55m² you will find a bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a 20m² terrace with a fantastic view of Lake Ossiach and the Gerlitzen Alpe. The flat is suitable for up to 4 people and invites you to relax or enjoy an active holiday. The space The accommodation has a bedroom, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, WC and a 20m2 terrace. In the bedroom there is a solid wood double bed (180x200cm) with organic mattresses. Blankets and 2 pillows in different firmness levels (80x80 and 80x60cm) are provided for each guest. The bed linen is 100% cotton. There is a wardrobe with plenty of space for your clothes. There are also extra blankets in this box if you need them. A bookshelf with books where you can find inspiration and which you are welcome to borrow during your stay. A travel cot is also available if required (please let us know). In the living room there is a large dining table with ample seating and a pull-out couch (2 additional sleeping places) as well as a smart TV, board games and colouring material for the little ones. There is also a fully equipped kitchen where you can fulfil your culinary desires and prepare something delicious for yourself and your loved ones. The new bathroom has a shower and plenty of space for your toiletries and cosmetics. We also provide shampoo, shower gel and soap. The WC is separate and not integrated in the bathroom. There is the possibility to enjoy the beautiful view of the lake or the Gerlitzen Alpe on the 20m2 terrace with a good breakfast, lunch, dinner or a glass of wine (or anti-alcoholic) on a mild summer evening. Seating and a dining table are provided on the terrace. In winter, the flat is of course heated or can be heated according to your needs. Guest access A laundry room for your laundry with several washing machines and dryers is available in the basement of the apartment building (for a fee). Furthermore, during the summer months (from May) there is a kiosk on the ground floor where you can get fresh pastries for your breakfast every day, for example. The complex includes a 30,000m2 plot of land with a large sunbathing lawn (sun loungers and parasols are available in the accommodation), a playground for our youngest guests, tennis courts (for a fee) and much more. The highlight is the direct lake access to the beautiful Ossiachersee. Take a stand-up paddle with you or hire a boat from providers around the lake and experience Lake Ossiach and the beautiful (mountain) landscape from a different perspective.
