The 171-m² (1,840 sq. ft.) vacation home, spread over 3 floors, is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults + 3 children (max.) 3 years old) and stylishly and modernly furnished. It features a kitchen-living room with adjoining terraces, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an infusion sauna. • Ground floor: The spacious, bright living room invites you to linger. Here, you will find a comfortable 3-seater sofa, a smart TV for relaxing evenings, and a dining table that can accommodate up to 8 people, perfect for shared meals and social gatherings. The modern kitchen has an open-plan design and is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, combination freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, and much more. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with a box-spring bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV.  Opposite is the small bathroom with a sink, toilet and walk-in shower. The spacious outdoor area and the two terraces facing south and north invite you to relax outdoors and are accessible from the living room. Here, terrace furniture, garden loungers, and a parasol are at your disposal.  It is located directly on the Haff coast and therefore offers a sunny terrace throughout the day. • Upper floor: Upstairs are the two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a box-spring bed (5' 3" x 6' 6") and an en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet and walk-in shower. The other bedroom also has a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m); the beds can be placed separately or together. The additional bathroom features a walk-in shower and an in-house sauna with steam generator that can be used by 2 people at the same time. The sauna also has an infrared additional function. It is also possible to prepare vacation greetings in the small office on the second floor, which has a built-in desk, and then send them off on your next bike ride. There is also a washing machine and ironing equipment available in the utility room. • Attic: There is a very nice open gallery that children can use for playing, for example. In addition, you will find a wooden baby crib, a rocking crib, a folding bed, a high chair, a potty, and a children’s stool in the house. Additional high chairs can be rented from the property manager. As there are only a limited number available, we ask that you register in advance. There is a garden shed for the terrace furniture, as well as for storing bicycles. Two parking spaces are also available to you. The house is equipped with underfloor heating, a heat pump, and a central ventilation system with heat recovery, ensuring a consistently comfortable living environment. Sauna towels are not included in the price but can be booked with the property manager for a fee. Pets are not allowed. The initial set of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price.
