The charm of this villa is the combination of old and historical with creative and modern. The loving artistic design of the villa, e.g. the garden with fire tent, boccia, forest stage, sauna and hot tub shows: We want our guests to feel comfortable. We live and breathe here, so it's fun for us too and a win-win. And it can also be functional. Ideal for families, friends and teams - popular for holidays, celebrations, seminars and events such as birthdays, bachelor parties, etc. The space Indoors there are about 300 m²: 3 bathrooms (5 toilets / 5 showers), 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 5 bedrooms (12 beds & 3 sofa beds), 1 party lounge. theMAP is located in the middle of the beautiful southern Black Forest and in the immediate vicinity of the 3 lakes Schluchsee, Titisee and Spiegelsee. At the doorstep begins a hiking paradise with dozens of hiking trails to the Feldberg, which is considered snow-sure in winter. Whether it's a bathing paradise in Titisee, shopping in Freiburg, Rhine swimming in Basel or Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen, countless excursions and experiences are possible within an hour. It is 1.5 hours' drive to Zurich Airport. Also for people who have come for the dog :-) Guest access We are usually on site to welcome and instruct you and there is a key code. Other things to note The main kitchen is well equipped with e.g. a coffee filter machine. Basic supplies of oil, vinegar, salt and sugar are available. The second kitchen is usually private and can be requested if required. In the garden floor/party lounge there is a small kitchenette. Toilet paper, bed linen and towels are provided in full. Basic firewood for hot pot and fire tent is provided. Use of the garden (trees, fire, water) is at your own risk. Parents are liable for the children. For children there is 1 cot, 1 high chair and children's toys. The villa is spacious for 8-12 people and can be easily expanded to 15 with sofa beds The municipality charges a tourist tax, For the provision of the hot tub (1500 l) there is a water and labor surcharge by arrangement.
