The space When furnishing and designing the apartments and rooms, we have attached great importance to an appealing, modern and cozy ambience that invites you to linger. By dividing the house into three separate apartments, the right size and furnishings are flexibly available for one to 13 people for every travel purpose, regardless of whether you are on a family vacation, a men's trip, a girls' trip, traveling on business as a mechanic or need a temporary home as a block or technical student. You are also welcome to book the entire house for your trip on request. Small but nice is the motto of our basement apartment. Our no less lovingly designed apartment in the basement offers everything you need for a small budget as a fitter, student or active vacationer who is mainly on the road and needs a cooking facility for self-catering in the evening, relaxed showers and a comfortable bed to recharge your batteries for the next day. The apartment offers the following facilities: 1-room incl. kitchenette and bathroom with approx. 22m² for up to 2 people. The sleeping area has two hotel box-spring beds 90x200cm and 90x190cm with barrel pocket spring mattresses for a restful sleep, as well as a 32" SAT and Smart TV with Chromecast build in. A modern, fully equipped kitchenette with all the usual kitchen appliances and utensils awaits you so that you can also take care of your physical well-being. The bathroom is equipped with a 90x90cm rain shower, WC, washbasin, towel dryer and hairdryer. A further guest WC is available on the floor for general use. In addition, all rooms are equipped with free internet (LAN/WLAN). Please note: The entire apartment has a reduced ceiling height of approx. 200cm. On arrival, the rooms are equipped with fresh bed linen, towels, shower mats, shower gel, coffee and spices according to the number of people registered. Additional intermediate cleaning/changes are possible by arrangement.
