Villa Burlotto is a newly-built 3 bedroom holiday apartment in the Langhe wine area. In a sought-after village location, the house sleeps up to 6 people and has a large pool and beautiful views. The space The property has 3 large double bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms and a bright and spacious open-plan living space. There is a newly-fitted modern kitchen with an island, plus a dining and lounge area. The open-plan living area leads out onto a covered patio that overlooks the pool, this has an external dining table and outdoor furniture and a barbecue. We provide bed linens, 6 sets of towels, plus extra pool towels. We also provide kitchen teatowels and cloths. Due to italian regulations for holiday homes we do not provide toiletries Villa Burlotto is located in the village of Verduno, one of the 11 Barolo villages. It benefits from the peace and quiet of the surrounding countryside, but it also less than 5 minutes walk from all of the local restaurants and village amenities. Verduno is situated in the heart of the Langhe which is renowned for it’s world famous wineries and is just a few minutes reach from the famous UNESCO villages of the Barolo region. It is only 10 minutes drive from the larger towns of Alba and Bra. Guest access The Villa is finished on ground level, the guests have access to the apartment, it's grounds and the private pool. The property is also gated, fully fenced and has a car port with private parking for 3 vehicles. The upstairs apartment will remain vacant, so the property with it's large pool and it's grounds are for exclusive use of the guests, they are not shared with any other group.
