The space On the outskirts of the village of Wischuer, a district of Biendorf, only about 5 km from Rerik and 7 km from Kühlungsborn, in a small new building area, our cottage is located on a property with an area of 660 sqm. The house was completed in June 2023 and has a living area of almost 170 sqm. The final furnishings are currently taking place. This unique house offers you luxury 5 star level accommodation. The house has been designed with a lot of love for detail and combines the charm of a traditional brick house with modern comforts of a prefabricated house. A special highlight of this cottage is its carbon neutrality. It has been made environmentally friendly and uses renewable energy sources to make your stay as sustainable as possible. For all cooking enthusiasts, there is a large country kitchen where you can develop your outdoor culinary skills. In the coming year, there will also be an outdoor kitchen for outdoor cooking.
