The space This friendly 2.5-room apartment offers a rare combination: old town flair and panoramic views, infrastructure and tranquility at the same time. On the unique, 60-square-meter terrace, you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast and welcome guests for an aperitif. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers, a canopy, lounge furniture, a large dining table with 8 chairs, an awning, children’s furniture, and a playhouse. The apartment is located in the middle of the cozy La Croix-Valmer. The ideal base for trips to St. Tropez, Gassin, Grimaud and Cavalaire or to the Ile de Porquerolles. Fresh croissants for breakfast? No problem, just take the elevator down and directly to the bakery. There's a fruit shop, café, supermarket, pharmacy, fashion boutique, restaurant, fishmonger, and playground—all within walking distance—and yet the area is peaceful and quiet. The nearest beach (Plage du Debarquement) is 5 minutes by car, and the free shuttle bus (Navette) stops less than 5 minutes from the house in summer. The public pool (Piscine Municipale) is a 5-minute walk away, as are restaurants, a bank, an ATM, and the famous Sunday market, which attracts people from all over the region. The spectacular beaches of Gigaro and Pampelonne are about 10–15 minutes away by car or bus. Likewise to Cavalaire with its seafront and harbor. The apartment, with 2 sleeping areas, a living room, and a conservatory, features a shower room and separate toilet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, oven, and a new washing machine (2024), a smart TV (2024), and amenities for toddlers (crib, high chair, stroller, play mat, etc.). Outside of high season, you can park for free right in front of the house. From May to September, there is sometimes a free short-term parking zone for which you need a parking meter. A new underground parking garage (paid) is available right next door. However, parking spaces are easy to find, and parking is always free. La Croix-Valmer is best done by car and bus. Buses run from Toulon or St. Raphael, for example. From Nice or Marseille airport it is about 1.5 hours by car or train and bus/taxi. A taxi from St. Raphael will cost about 150 euros. For bicycles, there is a lockable storage room in the house. We are happy to give tips on where to eat and shop in the area, which beaches are suitable for what and what to do with children, or help you organize a babysitter. BED LINEN and TOWELS: We are happy to provide at an extra cost. Please write to us in advance! Otherwise, please bring it yourself. We provide 4 beach towels. For longer stays, we are happy to arrange a cleaner. We are happy to accommodate long-term stays in the price if you please write to us in advance.
