The space Welcome to "Kalle" vacation home on the Weser bike path House and location: The house can accommodate up to 10 people and is ideal for families or groups. Centrally located with good transport links via the B83 and A2, directly on the Weser bike path. Versatile leisure activities such as cycling, canoeing, SUP, hiking, boating, picnic, garden, barbecue and campfire. A variety of excursions nearby and further afield offer a lot of variety, so there will be something for every taste. You will live in a 100-plus-year-old, "brick house" typical of our region. The apartment was completely renovated and lovingly furnished in early 2024. Currently, the outdoor area is being further expanded, so that during the year the garden with a grill, seating, fireplace and play area for children will also be created. Access to the apartment is via a small staircase (5 steps) to your own entrance door. A wheelchair ramp is also available on request. At the house there is ample parking for all types of cars and a lockable bicycle shed with space for 10 bicycles. After a nice hike, an extensive bike ride or an impressive tour on the water, the day can be wonderfully rounded off with the group or family in the spacious living-dining area. With enough space and comfortable seating, you can linger and enjoy the company. The kitchen is easily accessible and generously equipped, so you can cook and prepare together without getting in the way. For entertainment, there is a current smart TV and Wi-Fi with fast Internet via fiber optic cable throughout the house. Bathroom The bathroom has a bathtub and shower and an additional large towel radiator.
