Centrally located with good transport links via B83 and A2, right on the Weser bike path. Versatile opportunities for leisure activities such as cycling, canoe, sup, hiking, boat, picnic, garden, barbecue and bonfires. A variety of excursions in the vicinity and wider surroundings offer a lot of variety, so that there will be something for every taste. You stay in over 100 years old, typical of our region "brick house". The apartment was completely renovated and lovingly furnished early 2024. Currently, the outdoor area is being expanded even further, so that the garden with barbecue, seating, fireplace and play area for children is also created during the year. The access to the apartment is by a small stair (5 steps) to the private house entrance door. A wheelchair ramp is also available upon request. At the house there is ample parking for all types of CARS and a lockable bicycle shed with space for 10 bikes. After a beautiful hike, an extensive round of cycling or an impressive tour on the water, the day with the group or the family can end wonderfully in the spacious living-dining area. With enough space and comfortable seating, you can linger and enjoy community. The kitchen is easily accessible and generously equipped, so you can cook and prepare together without getting in the way.
