Quiet and stylish - Welcome to our apartment with a spacious terrace. Our accommodation can accommodate 2 people. The large living room is equipped with a fireplace and a TV. Right next to it is the small work area with Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It is ideal for cozy barbecues, hiking trips, bike tours or simply to relax. Pure idyll… The space The basement apartment includes a living room, kitchen, work area, bathroom, guest toilet, bedroom with dressing room and a small storage room. The living room includes a cozy couch and another armchair. There is also a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings and a TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is also a selection of books available. The workspace includes a desk with writing utensils and working wifi network. There is a large dining area in the kitchen. It is equipped with many kitchen appliances, so you can easily prepare food. The modern bathroom includes a shower, corner bath, toilet and two sinks. Towels are available too. There is also another guest toilet across the street. The bedroom includes a double bed, which can also be easily separated into two single beds. Bedding is available. There are additional chests of drawers for clothes etc. and a TV. The room is adjacent to a dressing room where all luggage can be stored. In the small storage room there is additional storage space for, for example, bicycles. !!Note: For a stay of more than 2 people, 30€ p.p. per night will be charged!! Other things to note Kommern is an idyllic village, which has a historic town center. It is located directly next to an open-air museum and a zoo. A few steps from the property is the Mühlenpark with the Mühlensee. There you can play mini golf or end summer evenings in the beer garden. There are also many supermarkets and a drugstore in the village. It's just a few kilometers from our property to the highway entrance. Cologne can be reached in just 43 km, and Bonn is only 35 km away. Popular attractions such as the Nürburgring (38 km) and Phantasialand Brühl (27 km) are just around the corner. The beautiful Rursee (18 km) also invites you to hike and in summer to swim and relax. The thermal baths and swimming world in Euskirchen (18 km) attracts guests from afar.
