Room 1 is a large room with a single bed, desk, table, chair, sofa, TV on the wall with Netflix, wardrobe. It's warm, peaceful with newly fitted carpets. There is a kettle in the room - you can make tea/coffee. The space There are 3 available rooms in the house for guests, and occasionally the host will be staying on site. Each bedroom has its own individual lock and the guest alone will be there. All other parts of the house are shared. There is a bathroom upstairs with a bath, shower and toilet. There is a toilet downstairs. There is a front room with a TV and books (guests can read any book on the shelf, but please don't take them with you). There is a fully equipt kitchen with a washing machine and dryer, fridge, freezer, toaster, cooker and all plates and cutlery is available for guest use. Please wash up after yourself. Each cupboard unit is numbered, so there is a dedicated space for each guest. The washing machine and dryer is free to use. The soap is under the sink. Instructions on how to operate both is on the fridge. There is a private enclosed garden space outside with table and chairs. If you do smoke, please smoke outside, and use the ashtray. The host isn't always on-site, and is usually away for work.
