Description
The space Please check out my other Bogotá listings that have to offer. https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/8115939 https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/1534828 https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/9077532 This apartment is located just 5 minutes (walking) from Park 93, a very safe living area recommended for embassy personnel. With a walk of 10 - 15 minutes in either direction you will encounter some of the finest restaurants and shopping areas in the city of Bogota. This apartment is fully furnished and offers you the flexibility to relax, conduct business, or let your hair down and visit some of the finest nightlife Colombia has to offer, again all in just minutes from this excellent location. If dancing isn't enough exercise for you, there is a gym just around the corner, and also a nice little grocery store, or some spas just a few blocks away. That 5 minute walk gets you to Park 93 where you will find fine dining, and an excellent night life. Also very close, (15 min walk) you will find the Zona T which has a plethora of fine restaurants, more night clubs, shopping centers (Andino, Retiro, Atlantis) and some of the best shops in the city. If you venture a bit further you will encounter the Zona G which is also loaded with more fine cuisine and other quaint shops. Usaquen - 10 minutes by taxi and you'll find more wonderful cuisine and nightlife. Furthermore on Sundays they host a fair in the streets where you will find crafts (artesanias) from all walks of Colombia. **Coming to Bogota for the first time? Need help getting around the city, want a tour, or need a translator? Please let host know and I'll be happy to help you out. I can also help you out with a local SIM card, cell phone, or I can arrange transportation for you to and from the airport. **Don't forget when traveling to Bogota, the elevation here is (8,500 ft. / 2,600 m) above sea level, average temp is 57 degrees F / 14 degrees C. Lots of folks show up with shorts and quickly regret their decisions. For business or leisure in Bogota I would recommend slacks and a shirt by day, and a sweater or light jacket for the evening. Also depending on the season an umbrella (large) would be an excellent item to pack.
