There is a large floating dock to bask in the sun and a huge covered balcony with couch & chairs to relax and take in the view, rain or shine. Instead, we reward respectful guests who leave the cottage reasonably clean, tidy, and complete the simple checkout tasks. ‼️ If the cottage is left requiring excessive cleaning beyond what is considered normal after a stay, a $200 cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit.
