Our charming apartment is centrally located in Lehnin and yet in a quiet location with direct views of a small garden. It is located on the upper ground floor in the back of a residential building 2024, the apartment was completely newly expanded and furnished to the latest standard. There is a small terrace at your disposal, which invites you to grill and chill. We also offer wellness applications in the physiotherapy practice not far away. It is located on the upper ground floor in the back of a residential building with a separate entrance. In 2024, the apartment was completely newly expanded and furnished to the latest standard. In our very appealing non-smoking holiday apartment, you can stay on 60 m² with a maximum of 3 people and enjoy your vacation. Pets are not allowed. On request, a crib and a high chair can be provided. Furthermore, it has a small terrace, which can be used for barbecuing and chilling. Garden furniture is also available there. In order to contribute to your complete relaxation and recuperation, we also offer wellness applications. These can be booked in our physiotherapy practice, which is only a 7-minute walk from the apartment, with free capacity and sometimes also on weekends. Living room-kitchen conservatory bedroom Children's room bathroom & toilet In the living room you have at your disposal a large satellite TV, a TV board, a radio, a sofa and an armchair. In addition, there is a cozy dining area, consisting of an extendable table and 4 chairs. There is an open connection to the kitchen, which has a complete kitchenette with dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob and oven, as well as further inventory. In the living room, there is air conditioning, which ensures pleasant temperature control of the room climate during hot summer days. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided and must be brought. Guest access The apartment is located in the back of the apartment building . Please go to the back towards the garden, up the small staircase at the conservatory. This is where you will find your separate apartment.
