Our charming apartment is centrally located in Lehnin and yet in a quiet location with a direct view of a small garden. It is located on the first floor in the rear part of a residential building. In 2024, the apartment was completely newly expanded and furnished to the latest standard. A small terrace is available, which invites you to barbecue and chill. We also offer wellness treatments in the nearby physiotherapy practice. It is located on the first floor in the back of a residential building with a separate entrance. In 2024, the apartment was completely renovated and furnished to the latest standard. In our very attractive non-smoking apartment, you can live on 60 m² with a maximum of 3 people and enjoy your vacation. Pets are not allowed. A crib and a high chair can be provided on request. It also has a small terrace, which can be used for grilling and chilling. There is also garden furniture available. In order to contribute to your complete relaxation and recreation, we also offer wellness treatments. These can be booked in our physiotherapy practice, which is only a 7-minute walk from the apartment, with free capacity and sometimes also on weekends. There is also a cozy dining area, consisting of an extendable table and 4 chairs. There is an open connection to the kitchen, which has a complete kitchenette with dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob and oven, as well as other inventory. In the living room, there is air conditioning, which ensures a pleasant temperature of the room climate on hot summer days. Please note: Sheets and towels are not provided and must be brought with you. Guest access The apartment is in the back of the apartment building. Please go to the back towards the garden, up the small staircase at the conservatory. This is where your separate apartment is located.
